What is the Force USA C20 All-In-One Trainer?
The Force USA C20 is a premium All-In-One Trainer that combines a commercial-grade Smith machine, half rack, functional trainer, cable stations, pull-up station, dip station, landmine and integrated storage into one training system. It is designed to provide extensive strength and functional training capability without requiring multiple standalone machines.
Is the Force USA C20 suitable for commercial use?
Yes. The C20 is for Full Commercial use, making it suitable for serious home gyms as well as personal training studios and commercial training environments.
Does the Force USA C20 include a Smith machine?
Yes. The C20 includes a commercial-grade Smith machine designed for controlled exercises such as squats, presses and lunges. The front of the machine also functions as a half rack with J-hooks and spotter arms for free-weight barbell training.
Does the Force USA C20 have weight stacks?
Yes. The C20 comes standard with dual 200lb / 90.7kg weight stacks. These can be upgraded to 250lb / 113kg or 300lb / 136kg per stack using optional weight-stack upgrades. Each stack also incorporates a 5lb fractional plate for smaller resistance increases.
What pulley system does the Force USA C20 use?
The C20 features a highly versatile six-pulley system, including Freestyle Pulley Arms, dual low pulleys and a dedicated upper pulley station. The Freestyle Pulleys can move from side to side and provide up to 180 degrees of movement, allowing a huge variety of cable exercises.
What are the pulley ratios on the Force USA C20?
The upright/Freestyle pulleys operate at 2:1, while the upper centre pulleys can provide 2:1 individually or 1:1 when combined. The low-row station operates at 1:1 and is also designed to work with the compatible Sliding Bench.
What exercises can you do on the Force USA C20?
The C20 can be used for hundreds of strength and functional exercises, including squats, bench presses, Smith machine exercises, lat pulldowns, seated rows, cable flyes, curls, tricep exercises, shoulder exercises, pull-ups, dips, landmine exercises and functional cable movements. Adding the compatible Sliding Bench expands the system further into dedicated lower-body exercises.
Can you do leg press and hack squats on the Force USA C20?
Yes. When paired with the compatible Force USA Sliding Bench, the C20 can be used for exercises including leg presses, hack squats, leg curls and leg extensions using the C20's cable resistance system.
What attachments are included with the Force USA C20?
The C20 comes with an extensive attachment package including J-hooks, spotter arms, dip handles, EZ curl bar, short bar, lat pulldown bar, tricep rope, single handles, close-grip/landmine handle, magnetic landmine, collars, ankle cuffs, chains, carabiners, cable connector and pegboard pins, among other components. The C20 comes with 22 attachments.
Does the Force USA C20 include storage?
Yes. Integrated storage is one of the C20's major features. The system incorporates pegboard storage, shelf storage, a barbell holder and eight weight-plate holders, helping keep attachments and training equipment organised around the machine.
What size are the Force USA C20 uprights?
The C20 uses heavy-duty 3 × 3-inch, 11-gauge steel uprights with 1-inch holes spaced every 2 inches. Force USA designed this around the professional 3×3 rack standard, which also provides broader attachment compatibility.
How much space does the Force USA C20 require?
Force USA specifies the exterior dimensions at approximately 77 × 66 × 88 inches, or roughly 196 × 168 × 224cm (W × D × H). With the Sliding Bench extended, the required depth increases substantially to approximately 325cm, so the available training area should be checked carefully before ordering.
How heavy is the Force USA C20?
Force USA currently specifies a total product weight of approximately 1,290lb / 585kg, so the C20 is a substantial training system. Its location and installation should therefore be planned before delivery.
Can the Force USA C20 weight stacks be upgraded?
Yes. Each standard 200lb stack can be increased using Force USA's optional 50lb Weight Stack Upgrade, allowing up to 300lb / 136kg per stack when appropriately configured.
Can I add a seat to the Force USA C20?
Yes. The optional Force USA Swivel Seat is compatible with the C20 and creates a dedicated seated cable-training position. Fitness Network states that the seat can help unlock more than 100 seated cable exercise variations.
Does the Force USA C20 include a pull-up bar?
Yes. The C20 includes an integrated multi-grip pull-up bar. It also includes a dip station and fixed suspension-training hook, providing additional options for bodyweight, suspension and band-based exercises.
Does the Force USA C20 include aluminium pulleys?
Yes. The C20 is equipped with aluminium pulleys, designed to provide a smooth cable action and increased durability.
What is the warranty on the Force USA C20?
Lifetime warranty on the frame and 2 Years on parts.
