Got this bench with my G10 All-in-One trainer. Bench arrived well packed in a large cardboard box, stamped with gross weight of 38kg. Easy to assemble, really solid powder coated components, definite commercial quality. Bench stands upright without falling over for those who want to store it in a smaller footprint. Bench is rock solid during use. Would like to see some slide on rubber feet option to eliminate scratching of floor surface for those using the bench on non-commercial floor surfaces.

Couldn't be happier with my setup. Currently on the waiting list for more attachments. So nice to go right downstairs and get my workouts in rather than getting in the car and driving to the gym!

Very happy with my purchase! Have been using the force usa bench and it is top notch quality from the sturdiness to the padding its finished well and is excellent value for money. Bought this with a set of the force usa adjustable dumbbells and its all I need in my home gym and goes full incline to decline. the mrs uses it and loves it too. very happy thanks guys

I purchased the Monster G12 last year and quickly discovered that it was hard to find an FID bench that would work on the Smith machine for incline bench presses because of the shallow depth of the machine. This was a bit of a disappointment for me after spending so much money on the G12 with hopes of being able to perform all the movements I needed using the cables and the Smith machine (I have several injuries that haunt me, so I no longer perform free-weight barbell exercises). So, I was excited to see this new FID Pro Series bench from Force USA and promptly ordered one for my home gym. It comes unassembled, so be prepared for a bit of work to assemble it. But once assembled, I found this bench to be very high quality, heavy-duty, and easy and comfortable to use. But the biggest factor for me was to discover that IT WORKS on the G12's Smith machine for incline bench press movements! The back pad is longer than the lower portion of the bench, which means when it is inclined the bench can be slid back further up against the back of the G12 machine, and it fits nicely under the Smith machine bar.
